Thanks from Piney River

We at the Piney River Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank everyone who helped make our May 1 fundraiser a success.

Thanks to the "old store" quilters and the Little Pine Quilters Guild for the beautiful quilt donated for the raffle. Thanks to The Junction and Ann's Family Restaurant for helping to sell raffle tickets.

We congratulate Gwen Gordon (winner of the quilt). Thanks to Bob Rogers for his generous donation of grocery items needed at the last minute. Thanks to the Kidds for their generous donation. Thanks to the wonderful ladies who always donate baked goods for our fundraisers and thanks to all the community members who supported us at the dinner.

With everyone working together, we can keep an excellent volunteer fire department and can pay for the new truck. Thanks again.
